If you add a new product to your Wix store, or edit an existing one,
the order in which the products are imported will change.
Use the controls on the Sorting Tab to organize your data after importing.
There are separate sections for Products and Variants. Products can be sorted by two
columns: for example, by "Brand", then by "Name". Variants can only be sorted by one.
There are three options beside the Column Selector:

A-Z means sort alphabetically.

Z-A means sort alphabetically in reverse order.

1, 2, 3 ... means sort as a number.
All data is stored as text, even numbers. The sequence: "1, 5, 10, 15, 20"
sorted Alphabetically is "1, 10, 15, 20, 5". You must choose the 1, 2, 3 ... option
if you want numbers, prices, weights, etc sorted numerically.
Remember that Wix records Product prices and Variant prices separately. In this example,
the second Price field in the list is the Variant Price.
